Celebrate the abundance of summer at our Celebration of High Summer dinner with the Triggs family and Chef Chris Van Hooydonk of Backyard Farms for an evening of farm to table cuisine paired with a selection of our critically-acclaimed wines, including our flagship, 2013 Hypothesis.
Prepared by a local favourite, Chef Chris VanHooydonk of Backyard Farms, A Celebration of High Summer dinner will be an evening of indulgent gastronomy in our picturesque Fermentation Hall surely not to be missed. Don and Elaine look forward to hosting you through a multi-course dinner, paired with Culmina’s critically acclaimed wines, such as 2017 Unicus, 2017 Saignée, and of course, our flagship, 2013 Hypothesis and unique pairings with unreleased vintages that are exclusive to this experience at Culmina Family Estate Winery.
