As part of the Spring Okanagan Wine Festival, join Don and Elaine in the Fermentation Hall for an exciting, in-depth exploration of Unicus, the Okanagan Valley’s first Grüner Veltliner.
Taste both current and library Unicus releases in a seminar setting, as well as explore the sensory impact of different winemaking vessels on the variety (amphora, concrete egg, and stainless steel). The educational tasting will be followed by a reception showcasing other new spring releases and light canapé fare.
Tickets can be reserved by calling the winery at (250) 498-0789. Limit of 2 per customer.
