Culmina welcomes over 40 guests and 2 Guests Chefs for an extraordinary multi-course dinner showcasing the incredible talent of BC’s culinary scene, and the full depth of Culmina’s portfolio.
On the evening of September 13th, Don, Elaine, Sara, and Pascal were thrilled to host participants from the Visa Infinite Wine Country Weekend to Culmina. To celebrate the auspicious occasion, Fable Kitchen’s Chef Trevor Bird and Sonora Room’s Chef Brock Bowes created incredibly elevated and delicious offerings to pair with each of Culmina’s wines, including the new releases of Dilemma and Hypothesis, as well as library releases of Decora and Unicus.
Guests were first treated to a full vineyard & winery tour from Don, Elaine, and Pascal upon arrival, followed by a sumptuous 7 course meal. Guiding the entire experience was DJ Kearney, who emceed the event with her unmatched warmth and lightness. Needless to say, we will be looking forward to the next opportunity to partner with Visa Infinite in the near future.
