Rosé Pamplemousse at Half Corked Marathon

For the second year, we participated in the Half Corked Marathon on May 23. The response to our Rosé Pamplemousse was outstanding, and so we wanted to share the recipe.


This French-inspired aperitif uses an equal ratio of dry rosé (we used our recently released 2014 Saignée) to fresh, unsweetened white and pink grapefruit juice. Our pitcher was topped with fresh grapefruit slices and a generous amount of ice.

This refreshing cocktail is great not only for the beginning of a marathon, but patio season as well. Just remember: a dry, savoury rosé like our 2014 Saignée is key.
