John Schreiner recently reviewed Culmina’s 2012 Fall Releases, awarding 2012 Dilemma 91 pts, and 2012 Hypothesis 92-94 pts!
In John’s very flattering review, Culmina’s 2012 Dilemma was praised as a model of “Burgundian Elegance” noting “rich flavours of tangerine touched with notes of new French oak”, noting the possibility of more complexity to develop due to several years of ageing potential – if you have the patience!
Of the 92-94 pt 2012 Hypothesis, Schreiner observes “fuller, juicier array of flavours and textures” when comparing to its 2011 counterpart. 2012 offered a long warm season, encouraging “spicy black currant, [and red plum]”. With 5-10 years in the cellar, we anticipate even more delicious rewards!
