Deep in colour and intensity, Hypothesis represents the culmination of our efforts to create an icon quality wine from select micro blocks on our Golden Mile Bench estate. A rich, bold, and terroir-driven blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot.

Only 25 bottles produced. 

A classic expression of Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of ripe black cherry and cassis complemented by well-integrated cedar and spice. The finish balances power and finesse. 

Culmina's beloved Saignée is once again available in a magnum format for the 2022 vintage. Produced in limited quantities, this rosé is the perfect addition to any meal or occasion.

Vibrant pink grapefruit dominates the nose while more subtle notes of lychee, melon, jasmine and macadamia nut bring added complexity. The weighty palate combines steely minerality with rich texture and body. Tropical fruit notes of papaya and mango persist through the lengthy finish.

Classic Decora nose of honeycomb, quince and petrol. The richly textured palate combines citrus notes of yuzu with bracing acidity and a granite minerality. Superb balance, texture and elegance will ensure many years of graceful aging.

The inaugural release of Culmina's small production Viognier sourced from our certified organic Stan's Bench vineyard. Floral aromatics with a lingering stone fruit finish. 

Culmina's second exploration of orange wine. Fermented on skins for 67 days and bottled unfined and unfiltered to showcase the full spectrum of flavours from the Gewürztraminer grape. 

This low-intervention Malbec was hand-harvested from vines on our Arise Bench Vineyard. Destemmed, but left uncrushed to preserve freshness, the grapes were fermented with no additives using only natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks and aged in neutral French oak for 3 months.
