Prepared by Executive Chef & Sommelier Mark Filatow of esteemed Waterfront Wines Restaurant, the multi-course dinner will be hosted by Don and Pascal in our picturesque Fermentation Hall. Among the wines that will be featured include our new release of 2013 Dilemma, as well as a sneak peak of our unreleased 2013 Merlot.
