Join us in celebrating our first releases from 2015 with our Spring Release Dinner on Saturday May 21st. Prepared by Chef Chris Van Hooydonk of Backyard Farm, the multi-course dinner will be hosted by Sara and Pascal in our Fermentation Hall. We’ll be honest: we absolutely love working with Chef Van Hooydonk. Using only fresh, local ingredients, he crafts exceptional food that wonderfully highlights the beauty of our terroir driven wines.
