An Important Message Regarding COVID-19

Valued Culmina Supporters,

At Culmina, we try our best to maintain the highest standard of excellence in everything that we do, including doing right by our customers, our team, and our communities. In the wake of the latest COVID-19 updates, we wanted to let you know that the health & safety of our guests and employees is foremost in our minds. With this in mind, we are implementing a number of changes effective immediately in order to ensure Culmina’s safe operation, while at the same time supporting our team and valued customers. Read on for further details of these initiatives.

Social Distancing

The health and well-being of Culmina’s guests and employees are our top priority. As such, we are communicating regularly with wider stakeholders to ensure that everyone has the information and support required to stay healthy during these unusual circumstances. With virus-mitigation efforts in mind, our team has been directed to work from home whenever possible. For the few staff who remain on-site, we have adopted procedures including social distancing and enhanced sanitizing between team members to better protect our team and the public. Of course, any employees who do not feel well (none at present) have additionally been instructed to stay at home.

Hospitality Experiences

To maintain social distancing, we have cancelled all daily hospitality experiences and events; we will reassess in early April depending on updates from the Public Health Agency of Canada.

Shipping and Curbside Pickup

The Culmina tasting room will be open for curbside pick up only. To place your wine order for curbside pick up, please call (250)498-0789 or shop online at our Wine Boutique and select ‘pickup at winery’ during checkout.  Curbside pickup will be available from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. We are also offering free shipping via ATS Healthcare on all online orders of 6 bottles or more if you prefer your order delivered. Simply enter the code springshipping at checkout.
