Culmina’s winemaking is grounded in both scientific tenets, and a desire to make icon quality wines that reflect the uniqueness of their terroir. Their philosophy revolves around two principles: gentle handling of fruit and minimal intervention of wine, with these principles informing every decision from the design of the state-of-the-art winery, to the determination of picking dates, to the choice of equipment used at every stage in the process.
