The Big Taste Festival

Join proprietor Don Triggs Saturday, March 4th at the Deane House in Inglewood for a 5 course menu paired with Culmina Family Estate wines, including the 2012 Hypothesis and a preview of the 2014 Merlot. We are very excited for the opportunity to work with Chef Jamie Harling and Sommelier Bruce Soley at this sister property to the River Cafe.


Culmina is also returning to Catch and the Oyster Bar as part of the Reunion Dinner on May 5th, 2017.  Ranked in the Top 10 Calgary Restaurants of 2016 by Avenue Magazine, we are delighted to work with Catch’s Executive Chef, Jordan Walsh again after the success of our winery dinner in November.  Look for our 2014 Dilemma which is sure to be a great pairing at this fabulous dinner.
