Deep in colour and intensity, Hypothesis represents the culmination of our efforts to create an icon quality wine from select micro blocks on our Golden Mile Bench estate. A rich, bold, and terroir-driven blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot. 

Sourced from both Arise and Stan's Benches, this single varietal Malbec bursts forth with lush red fruits balanced with savoury herbaceous notes. Fine grained tannins and an elegant, lengthy finish. Try it wine winemaker Jean-Marc's favourite childhood dessert, Cherry Clafoutis. 

Hypothesis represents the culmination of our efforts to create an icon quality wine from select micro blocks on our Golden Mile Bench estate. Each 3 Litre Double Magnum is packaged in a custom hand-made pine box made by the skilled craftspeople at Quintessential Canada.
