LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
You must be 19 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Culmina Family Estate Winery. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 19 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). For this reason, we recommend shipping to a business address.
SHIPPING
To best ensure the integrity of your purchase during shipping, we generally use the temperature-controlled courier services of ATS Healthcare. However, we reserve the right to use an alternate courier at our discretion, which may or may not be temperature-controlled. We may also hold shipments due to extreme temperatures, if necessary. We will let you know in advance if this occurs. We also reserve the right to charge a delivery surcharge for remote or hard to reach addresses.
