Numbers Series

The Number Series reflects a spirit of experimentation. These are premium wines of interest from a given vintage, some of which may only ever be released once. Each small lot is assigned its own unique numeral and is differentiated by terroir characteristics along with innovative viticultural and winemaking techniques.

Given the very limited availability of these distinctive wines, priority access is given to Wine Club members.

Produced from one of the smallest and warmest micro-blocks on Stan's Bench, grapes for our sophomore release of single varietal Viognier were harvested in early October and processed with minimal handling and winemaking inputs. Complex aromas of honeycomb, nectarine, and lanolin greet your nose while the palate is lush and refined. N° 015 is an incredibly complex and enticing example of Viognier. Only 22 cases were produced.

Wine Club Exclusive

The sophomore edition of Culmina's Wild Ferment Rosé was once again made with minimal intervention. Using 100% wild yeast, this was fermented in a combination of stainless steel (70%) and neutral French oak (30%). With raspberry and white currant notes that mingle with peach and fresh daisies, this rosé is round and textured.

Produced from one of the smallest micro-blocks on Arise Bench, this orange-tinged wine has aromas of pink grapefruit and dried mango rind with notes of juniper and honeycomb. The dry, citrus-driven palate offers refreshing acidity and flavors of almond and dried apricots with a hint of sea salt on the finish. Only 150 cases produced.
