Classic black pepper and niçoise olive flavours are supported by a fine-grained, integrated tannin structure. The contrast of ripe fruits and savoury herbs carries through in the long, silky finish.
Our single-varietal expression of Malbec comes from our Arise Bench vineyard along the Golden Mile Bench. Well-balanced with rich fruit offset by supple, silky tannins and oolong tea flavours. Rich mulberry and plum linger on the deep, intriguing finish.
A classic expression of Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of ripe black cherry and cassis complemented by well-integrated cedar and spice. The finish balances power and finesse.
This low-intervention Malbec was hand-harvested from vines on our Arise Bench Vineyard. Destemmed, but left uncrushed to preserve freshness, the grapes were fermented with no additives using only natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks and aged in neutral French oak for 3 months.
