VINEYARD SOURCE
An estate grown blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 44.9%, Merlot 31%, Cabernet Franc 19.8%, Malbec 4.3% from Arise Bench and Stan's Bench vineyards.

WINEMAKING
Matured in French oak barrels 60% new for 16 to 18 months

TASTING NOTE
Deep, dark color. The nose opens with warm aromas of black fruit jam, complemented by a touch of oak that enhances the aromatic profile, along with hints of licorice. On the palate, the wine is very smooth with good body. The tannins are soft and well-integrated. Flavors of black fruit persist, supported by toasted notes and a touch of dark chocolate, leading to a long, lingering finish.

Very good balance now between the fruit, the tannins and the body, but can still be aged if we want to build up the tertiary aromas.

FOOD PAIRING
This wine will be delicious with ribeye, duck confit and roasted potatoes, or  a mushroom risotto.
