2011 Hypothesis

This week Anthony Gismondi, wine columnist for the Vancouver Sun , re-reviewed Culmina’s 2011 Hypothesis 6 months after its release – again with high praise: “the attack is dry, and elegant, the palate fresh with the fine-grain tannins giving way to smoky pepper, vanilla, cassis, black cherry flavours flecked with tobacco, orange peel and olive.”

While it is drinking beautifully right now, everyone here at Culmina is very excited to see how it will develop over the next 2-4 years. For those of you who haven’t had the opportunity to buy it, small quantities are now available at fine wine retail locations in British Columbia, including: Dundarave Wine Cellar, Steamworks Liquor Store, and Legacy Liquor Store in Vancouver; Vintage Spirits, the Strath Liquor Store, Metro Liquor, and Cascadia Liquor in Victoria; and Discover Wines in Kelowna.

Members will also be able to purchase more Hypothesis in their Spring Release allocation, with our updated National Shipping rates!
