Great Results from the 2021 National Wine Awards of Canada!

We are pleased to share some exciting accolades!

Our 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon has received the prestigious Platinum Medal from the 2021 National Wine Awards of Canada, with a top score of 94 points. This wine was the only one of its category to be awarded Platinum.

“An exuberant dark berry nose with moderate finely grained tannins and spicy cassis notes on the mid palate to finish. A generous dry wine with complex flavours and intensity and a lingering blackberry mocha finish.” – Janet Dorozynski Dip WSET, Ph.D.

2016 Hypothesis (91 Points – Silver Medal)

“A reductive, herbaceous and tarry red blend, cabernet sauvignon led while the merlot does much or even more to direct the exercise. Tannins are fierce and wood spice runs amok in a still youthful and tobacco smoky wine needing plenty of time.” – Michael Godel

2017 Malbec (90 Points – Silver Medal)

“This wine has a savoury smoked meat character which is accented by red cherry fruit and leather. It’s a rich, ripe, spicy wine with plenty of tannic grip.” – Matt Wentzell

2017 Dilemma (90 Points – Sliver Medal)

“A lavish expression of Chardonnay with fine sweet oak, golden apple, grilled peach and a lush spiced texture. The underlying quality is undeniable.” -  Brent Muller
