TASTING NOTE
Named for the symphony of four grapes - Viognier, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Grüner Veltliner - Harmonie des Quatre is balanced and refined. Fermented individually in either oak, concrete, or stainless steel, each varietal brings its voice to a layered, textured whole. Bright acidity frames notes of lemon meringue, crushed stone, and roasted hazelnut, carrying through a fresh, elegant finish. A wine as composed as its name.

Nice light gold color. The blend of 4 varieties brings a nice complexity to the nose with lemon meringue pie notes, minerality and nuts. In the mouth the complexity is also present with a nice balance between the volume and the zesty note. It’s a fresh long lasting elegant white wine. 

FOOD PAIRING: A versatile pairing for fragrant Thai curry, roasted lemon chicken, or fresh goat cheese.
