This new vintage of Saignée is made from four of the classic Bordeaux-red varieties and Syrah from Arise Bench and crafted in the classic 'Saignée' method using only free-run juice after only 4 hours on the skins. The palate counterpoints richness with bright juicy acidity, delivering notes of blood orange, papaya, and pink grapefruit.
