WINEMAKING
Made from select micro-block lots and bled off of Culmina's Single-Varietal red must fermenters following 4 hours of skin contact, Saignée is fermented and matured in small stainless steel tanks and casks.

TASTING NOTE
This new vintage of Saignée is made from two of the classic Bordeaux-red varieties from Arise Bench and crafted in the classic 'Saignée' method using only free-run juice after only 4 hours on the skins. This wine has a creamy texture filled with raspberry, red licorice, and plum preserves, which together create a stylish, elegant and layered expression of this most favourite of Culmina's wines.
