Culmina’s second rendition of a wild fermented rosé in the Number Series, the N° 014 Wild Ferment Rosé was made with minimal intervention from Cabernet Franc (60%), Malbec (25%), and Syrah (15%). This textured and beautifully layered rosé is a true expression of Culmina's terroir with 100% indigenous yeast fermentation. The round and oily palate is filled with nectarine and bruised strawberry flavours, balanced with violets and a long, well-balanced, finish.
